This year in Avon County, we are running a massive JOTI event from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th October 2013 at 229th Scout HQ.
Jamboree on the Internet (JOTI) is an annual event in which half a million Scouts and Guides all over the world make contact with each other via the internet.

To give a little insight to what we are providing;

Internet Zone - soft, relaxed area to chat on iPads
Wii Zone - play games and chill out
Electronic Zone - making a Scout related electronic device
Craft Zone - make craft based on an international theme
Food Zone - try new dishes from around the world
IT Suite - create photo montage’s of your JOTI experience
JOTI Radio - chat live on air about your JOTI experience to Scouts across the world!!

We are open to ALL sections with something for everyone!

At least one adult with each group of young people must attend, if more than one section from that group, an adult representing each section must attend. If more adults wish to attend, the more the merrier!

The event costs the following:- 

£5 per Young Person
£4 per Young Leader/ Explorer Scouts
£7.50 per Person staying overnight (Young People and Adults).

Adults and Network are free but will have to pay £1.50 for a badge if desired. To join in with the activities it will cost £4.
